Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases made through TicketArena (ticketarena.al), operated by Klevis Gjergji PF, Rruga e Kavajes, Pallati 223, Shkalla 3, Kati 4, Apartamenti 23, Tirana, Albania. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions on this platform.

What We Sell

TicketArena sells digital event tickets for live cultural and theatrical performances in Albania. Upon completing a purchase, you receive a PDF ticket delivered to your email address. No physical goods are shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@ticketarena.al with your order confirmation number and the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your card issuer or payment provider and may take 5-10 business days to appear.

This policy does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.

Event Cancellations and Postponements

In the event that a performance is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, TicketArena will notify affected ticket holders by email as soon as possible. In such cases, affected customers are encouraged to contact us at info@ticketarena.al and any resulting refund requests will be submitted to Paddle for review in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Frivolous chargebacks may result in your account being restricted from future purchases.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
