Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

• Country refers to Albania.

• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.

• Event Ticket refers to a digital ticket purchased through the Service that grants the holder access to a specific live event at a specific seat.

• Order means a request by You to purchase one or more Event Tickets from Us.

• Paddle refers to Paddle.com Market Limited, the Merchant of Record that processes all payments made through the Service on Our behalf.

• Service refers to the Website.

• Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") means these Terms and Conditions, which govern Your access to and use of the Service and form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the Service.

• Website refers to TicketArena, accessible from https://ticketarena.al/.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and the agreement between You and the Company. They set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.

You represent that You are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also subject to Our Privacy Policy and Our Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

What We Sell

TicketArena is an online ticketing platform for live cultural and theatrical events in Albania. We sell digital Event Tickets that are delivered as PDF files to the email address You provide at checkout. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Placing an Order

By placing an Order through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Your Information

To complete an Order, You will be asked to provide Your email address so We can deliver Your ticket. Payment is processed by Paddle, who may collect additional billing information directly. You represent and warrant that the information You supply is true, correct, and complete, and that You have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

Order Confirmation

Once Your payment is confirmed by Paddle, You will receive a PDF ticket to the email address You provided. This constitutes completion of Your Order. Please check Your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.

Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Seat no longer available due to a system error
• Errors in the event description or ticket price
• Suspected fraud or unauthorised transaction

If We cancel Your Order after payment has been taken, You will receive a full refund via Paddle to Your original payment method.

Prices

Ticket prices are displayed on each event's seating chart page prior to checkout. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but no price change will affect an Order that has already been confirmed.

Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods as presented at checkout. Your payment is subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer. TicketArena does not store or have access to your payment card details.

Refunds and Cancellations

All ticket sales are final. Please refer to Our Refund Policy for full details on the limited circumstances in which a refund may be issued (such as event cancellation or postponement).

Ticket Use

Event Tickets are issued for personal use only. Each ticket is valid for one person for the specific event, date, and seat shown. Resale of tickets for commercial gain is not permitted. The Company and the event organiser reserve the right to refuse entry to holders of resold tickets.

You are responsible for keeping Your ticket PDF secure. Lost or forwarded tickets are Your responsibility; We cannot be held liable if a third party uses Your ticket to gain entry before You.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites You visit.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the entire liability of the Company under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the relevant Order.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Service, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You.

"AS IS" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any errors will be corrected.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Albania, excluding its conflicts of law rules. If You are a consumer resident in the European Union, You will also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of Your country of residence.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the matter informally by contacting Us at info@ticketarena.al.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The failure of either party to exercise a right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
